If only her silence would speak up
of the times she cried on the bathroom floor
of the words, that forced her to give up
of the times her heart felt sore.

Heart so heavy it began to leak
world so blue she began to weep
was there no one she could seek?
the chisel had cut too deep.

She grasped her heart, sobbing “oh mother”
her heart now throbbing in her ears
” I wish I wasn’t such a bother”
the blood now mixing with her tears.

Watched her feeble  mother while she cried
banging on the glass door as her child committed suicide .

A lil bit of info from health.govt.nz
It can be really hard to tell someone you care about that you are feeling suicidal. If someone tells you they are thinking about suicide, recognise their pain or what they’ve just said and invite them to keep talking.
Most people who attempt suicide don’t want to die – they just want their pain to end or can’t see another way out of their situation.
A person who is thinking about suicide might not ask for help, but that doesn’t mean that help isn’t wanted. They might feel  ashamed of how they’re feeling, like they don’t deserve help, or like no-one can help them.
Lots of people feel suicidal at some time in their lives. It can feel impossible to have hope that things will get better.
People who feel suicidal often feel like they are alone and that their family and friends would be better off without them.

NORMALIZING ALL BODY TYPES AND PUTTING AN END TO BODY SHAMING

Every day as youngsters we hear from our peers these clothes make me look so skinny, it’s better if you pose like this it makes you look slim. We say all this as if being a little chubby or fat is bad. Why can’t we normalize being fat? Bullying your friends for being fat doesn’t make you seem popular or cool. And this doesn’t end here; people are bullied for being skinny too. You may have been a victim or a villain. God has made us all with the same blood and flesh after all. Why not appreciate all forms of beauty?

We MUST Talk

We MUST Talk

I would like to talk about mental health. Nows let’s say that I have a rotten tomato in my hand . Nobody in their right mind would eat it because it would make you sick. But we eat rotten dirty thoughts almost everyday . And you know what happens when we eat these rotten dirty thoughts? We get sick!

My Purpose

My Purpose

What is the meaning of life? Why are we cursed to forever walk the empty hallways of life? Lights of hope flickering over head. The twisted warped hallways that pass as perfectly pristine, because that is what I show people. What we all show people. To society we are perfect. Robots, running the same routine. But why? Why is it that society judges us when we wear the mask that is society?
