In a world where social validation and popularity can be more significant than one’s identity, it is easy to mistake outer beauty for joy. While in reality, many are at the hands of an inner turmoil feeding off of outer acceptance and using it to fill the void of self love.

First Anatomical Sketch
Hola! I've returned with one of my 9th grade pieces. It's mostly a result of me following a youtube tutorial, but I feel it came out decent enough to turn in for a school assignment, so enjoy.
This is truly amazing! You can never know what someone is going through on the inside and with social media it can be very easy to immediately compare ourselves to what we see when true happiness looks different for every individual.
Agreed!
I’m truly blown away by this. Not only is the art (“Vogue”) extremely creative, your message has a lot of depth to it as well. I definitely do agree with you on how we often accept the “outer layer” to represent something deep inside like emotions but a lot of the time, this isn’t the case. Social media can create detrimental thoughts as a lot of the things we view seem “perfect” and the people seem “happy” but we can never truly know so we shouldn’t bring ourselves down. I love how Eva worded it: “true happiness looks different for every individual.” Amazing work!
