Menstruation

-god gifted but still impure

I hope you readers might have understood what I’m talking about.Yes! You got it right.I know that this topic is common these days. Now people don’t get shy to talk about this. And I think there is nothing to get shy about.

After saying all this still there is a thorn that always hurts. When we hear the so called superstitions made by don’t know who?Have you ever thought about it?

Firstly, when I had entered this phase I got to know about so many rules which are even worst than my school rules.I heard my mom telling me not to step in the store room and too in the religious places. Why? Just because  we carry that impure blood?

And if we enter an area where we are not allowed then one more sin is added to our list only because we are going through menstruation.People only say that this is god gifted. If god himself is pure then how can this gift be  impure?

Just because we are dealing with menstruation cycle dosen’t mean that entering the temple is a sin.I mean who made these rules.I don’t know  whether the god sent a letter to our ancestors or he came on the earth in the form of person and told you about the menstruation rules.

Usually there is so much of dirt in the temple itself. Did anyone notice that?”No,this is a normal dirt, it’s  fine.”If it was god gifted then why did he gifted us something impure.

Now  slowly…. I don’t know why even we have accepted it. This is what I don’t like about us.I just feel sad that without knowing,I am following these rules, not knowing where they come from, who made these ??????????

I think,DOING SOMETHING WITHOUT KNOWING THE REASON IS THE WORST THING YOU DO IN YOUR LIFE.

Each paragraph of this poem tells us about the problems of the society and how we fought them . We all made mistakes and at some point some of us lost our humanity but we always got its back before our dark side took over our bright side completely. Social evils have prevailed in our society since the very beginning but we always found a way to fight them . Through this poem i also want to motivate all those fighting for blm by showing them how we conquered the social evils in the society earlier and there efforts are worth it .

Are Nuisance Laws a Nuisance?

Are Nuisance Laws a Nuisance?

Many things that are formed with good intentions can, in a way, backfire, giving rise to other issues left unconsidered during the creation of such laws. Take, for example, nuisance laws. By way of background, nuisance laws are ordinances that are created to limit undesirable actions in a community. These “undesirable” actions may include music that’s too loud, dangerous vapors, and criminal activity. Now, these laws evidently seem great — they protect our citizens from dangerous or “annoying” actions that may occur in our neighborhoods. In many cases, the tenants of the property in which the nuisance is occurring are usually evicted, literally clearing out the nuisance.

Fear of Change….Leads To Oppression?

Fear of Change….Leads To Oppression?

Some of you may have read one of my last articles,”What The Media Doesn’t Tell You About Black Protests.” I decided to have a new take on the article, by telling my readers, why.

Racism is a problem rooted in ancient history, but what is racism? Racism, by definition is “prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior,” but the underlying cause of what racism really is, is the fear of something different than oneself. I believe that it is fear, more specifically, the fear of change that sparked the violence, we recognize as racism.
